Knead Time Home Office
Project Scope
A second year graduate design studio focusing on research and commercial workplace design. For this assignment we considered post pandemic return to work scenarios and researched ways companies could create more inclusive and adaptable built enviornments for their teams. With a focus on neurodivergency in the work place, I centered my research and space planning around the concept of kinetic comfort. Creating a balance of active energized spaces that encourage active collaboration and areas of quiet refuge for deeper focuse and less sensory stimulation.
About the Brand
Knead Time believes in taking the fatigue out of food by offering grocery & meal delivery services. This brand infuses their core belief within their home office with the inclusion of a cafe and grocery store, as well as concierge meals that are prepared in the home office test kitchen. Through collaboration and flexible space, neurodivergent working styles are embraced at this home office, ensuring Knead Time team members feel safe, seen, supported and heard.
